・Information meeting and tour of the school for new families
A meeting will be held on August 31, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. in the Lunchroom. It is intended for new families. This will be an opportunity for the LFIK management and the members of the APEK to present the school and to get to know each other.
In addition, a welcome and an informal exchange of ideas for new families will take place at 9am on the first day of school in the gymnasium. The members of the management committee and the director will be present. This welcome time on the first day of school is, of course, open to all parents who wish to attend.
・Covid-19 / Health protocol in effect at the beginning of the school year
As you know, we are still in a state of health emergency in the prefectures of Kansai. Safety is our first priority for all users. A complete health protocol will therefore be put back in place and active from the first day of school. In a tripartite way, between the LFIK Direction, the members of the Management Committee and the services of the Embassy and the Consulate, we are in the process of refining the last measures that will be in effect as soon as the school year starts. At the end of the week, you will receive a specific message on the health protocol implemented by the LFIK.
We remain, of course, at your entire disposal if you have any questions regarding the organization of this school year 2021 / 2022.
We wish you an excellent week and look forward to seeing you on Wednesday September 1st.
Sincerely yours,
Boris COLIN
